Valve packing video from Canada

This photo is from a group in England that shows young ladies how to work on maintenance issues on a ship. Very interesting and funny. I also found a great link to a video on valve packing installation from a training group in Canada.
They have a long list of videos here.

What is this photo of a valve all about??

Horizontal Mounted Valve
This is a photo that a friend of mine took of a large MOV (motor operated valve) in a fossil power plant near Chicago. It had been packed with our valve live loading system for almost 20 years. It never leaked during that time and it would still be going but they re-packed it to inspect the stem.
It also is a good visual of valve orientations ~ as you can see, this valve is somewhere between horizontal and vertical. At its mounted angle it is very critical that the valve does not leak since it would ruin the motor.
